These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoinSplash mobile application (the "App"), provided by PocketEngine Studio, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Full Terms

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law;
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App;
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases ("Purchases") through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All Purchases are processed by the respective platform. We do not receive, process, or store your payment information. Your payment is governed by the terms of the store you purchased through.

3.1 Types of Purchases:
- Consumable purchases (coin packs): Added to your in-game wallet and spent on gameplay attempts. They are non-refundable once consumed.
- Non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads, themes, objects, tables, Customize Studio, and bundles): May be restored on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" button, provided you use the same Apple ID or Google account.

3.2 Refunds:
All refund requests are handled exclusively by the platform through which you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

4. Virtual Items and Currency
The App includes in-game coins, XP, chests, and other virtual cosmetics ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, are non-transferable, and are licensed to you, not sold. Coins and XP earned through gameplay exist exclusively on your device. Uninstalling the App or resetting your device will erase local data, and PocketEngine Studio, LLC is not liable for restoring un-restorable virtual progress.

5. Advertising
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads. You can permanently remove banner and interstitial ads through the one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. Ad personalization and tracking options depend on your choices in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to interfere with the App's normal operation, manipulate in-game currency or progress through unauthorized software, circumvent security or ad features, or misuse the App in any unlawful manner.

7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including graphics, code, visual designs, audio assets, and text — is owned by PocketEngine Studio, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services & Liability Disconnect
The App incorporates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs), including Google AdMob (for advertising) and RevenueCat (for purchase management).

8.1 Third-Party Service Waiver:
PocketEngine Studio, LLC does not host, process, or store payment card details, nor do we operate ad servers, ad profiling engines, or user accounts. You acknowledge and agree that PocketEngine Studio, LLC is not responsible or liable for third-party ad frequency, targeting algorithms, ad content, network delivery failures, or payment gateway errors. Any inquiries or disputes regarding third-party ad behavior or billing processing must be directed to the respective third-party provider portals (Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google).

9. No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PocketEngine Studio, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PocketEngine Studio, LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be reflected with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
