Full Policy
1. What We Collect
We do not operate a backend server and we do not maintain user accounts. Everything you do in the App — your coins, XP, unlocked items, preferences, and progress — is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.
However, two third-party services used by the App do transmit data off your device to their own servers. This is the complete list:
| Data Type | Collected By | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Device Identifier (e.g. advertising ID) | AdMob, RevenueCat | Ad delivery, purchase verification |
| Anonymous User Identifier | RevenueCat | Purchase management across devices |
| Purchase History | RevenueCat, Apple/Google | Restoring purchases, avoiding duplicate charges |
| Advertising Data (impressions, clicks) | AdMob | Serving and measuring ads |
| Coarse Location (IP-derived, city/region level) | AdMob | Regionally relevant ads |
| Crash Data | AdMob SDK, RevenueCat SDK | Fixing bugs, improving stability |
| Other Diagnostic Data | AdMob SDK, RevenueCat SDK | Technical reliability |
There is no account system, no social graph, and no messaging.
2. How It Is Collected
2.1 Advertising (Google AdMob): The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob uses your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and information about the ads you see to deliver ads and measure their effectiveness.
- On iOS, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
- In the EU, UK, and Switzerland, the App shows a Google-certified consent message (Google UMP) before serving personalized ads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the App's Settings screen.
- You can permanently remove banner and interstitial ads with the one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.

2.2 Purchase Management (RevenueCat): RevenueCat manages your in-app purchases across iOS and Android. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier, purchase history, and receipt information from Apple or Google to verify the transaction. RevenueCat never receives your payment card details.

2.3 App Store and Google Play: Payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment method, billing address, or full name.
3. What Stays on Your Device
The following data is stored locally in an encrypted database (Hive) on your phone and never transmitted anywhere:
coins and XP balance, level, streaks, and statistics, unlocked themes, objects, tables, Customize Studio status, daily reward history, achievement progress, and settings preferences. Uninstalling the App deletes all of the above. Non-consumable purchases can be re-unlocked via the "Restore Purchases" button.
4. Local Notifications
If you enable "Play reminders" in Settings, the App uses your device's local notification system. These notifications are generated locally by your device — no data is sent to us.
5. How We Use the Data
Data collected by AdMob and RevenueCat is used solely to display ads, verify purchases, restore purchases, and detect/fix crashes. We do not sell your data or share it with data brokers.
6. Legal Basis (GDPR and Similar Laws)
For EEA/UK/Swiss users, processing relies on Consent (for personalized ads/tracking), Contract (to fulfill purchases), and Legitimate Interests (for crash/diagnostic data).
7. International Data Transfers
Data described in Section 1 may be transferred to and processed in the United States by AdMob and RevenueCat under standard contractual clauses approved under applicable data protection laws.
8. Data Retention
Local data is retained until you uninstall the App or reset it from Settings. Third-party providers retain data per their respective privacy policies.
9. Your Rights & Third-Party Disclaimers
Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PDPA), you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Because PocketEngine Studio, LLC does not maintain user accounts, databases, or ad servers, requests regarding ad frequency, targeting, or SDK diagnostic data should be directed to AdMob and RevenueCat directly via their privacy portals.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Security
Local data is protected by your device's App Sandbox. Transmitted data to third-party SDKs uses HTTPS encryption in transit.
12. Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
The App uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes. When the App crashes, Crashlytics collects the crash log, stack trace, device model, OS version, app version, and an anonymous installation ID, and transmits them to Google's servers. This data is not linked to your identity and is used only for stability and bug fixing. Firebase's privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated dates will be posted at the top of this page.
